We take pride in being schedule-focused and resourceful—providing our clients with the knowledge and service needed to successfully complete projects of all sizes and complexities.

ADASIM assembled an elite team of experienced management and unionized crews that have the knowledge and experience to deliver complex projects ranging from 750-lot single phase residential subdivisions to a few units. The combined leadership team exceeds more than one hundred (100) years of senior management experience with the successful delivery of countless complex projects.

Our Field Team

Our sewer and road crew foremen have an average of twenty (20) years' experience, bringing vast expertise in deep trunk sewer installation; subdivision and ICI projects of all sizes and complexities; culvert and bridge construction; and the complete scope of work associated with land development.

ADASIM currently has five sewer crews, road crews, a benching crew, and grading crews, with continued growth underway. We have the heavy equipment and resources necessary to convert greenfield and brownfield sites into serviced lots, enabling the construction of homes, residential buildings, plazas, commercial projects, industrial buildings, stormwater management ponds, and underground stormwater retention systems, covering all stages of development.

ADASIM places safety at the centre of every project. Our crews receive ongoing training in safe work practices, equipment operation, and site-specific hazard awareness. Field leadership conducts regular toolbox talks, inspections, and audits to ensure procedures are followed and risks are controlled.

We maintain documented Health & Safety programs, and we enforce strict policies related to workplace respect, including violence and harassment prevention, so every worker returns home safely at the end of the day.
